I visited The Last Tangle for a cut and highlights yesterday. Brenda did a horrible botch job on the color. The front was blonde and the back was orange. Although she was trying to convince me it looked good, I had her attempt to recolor it. Now it looks even worse! The cut oh my! The layers arent even, they are very choppy, and absolutely awful. The color gave me 5 inch roots and she said it would look "more natural" than highlights to the base of the roots. After 5 hours in her chair i left and am now trying to find a stylist who can fix this mess! I cried it was so horrible. I have been to this salon before to see Cynthia, who did an AMAZING JOB, but not all stylists at the same salon are equal... Brenda talked about all her experience, but based on the look of my hair, she has NO idea what shes doing. Watch out! There are 2 Brenda's at this location... ask for Cynthia if shes still there.
